Burger van Dyk is a Director at BLC Attorneys and a highly experienced specialist in conveyancing and property law. With over 14 years of focused practice in residential and commercial property transactions, he brings both technical expertise and a client-centred approach to every matter he handles.
Admitted as an attorney in 2004 and as a Conveyancer and Notary Public in 2007, Burger began his legal career in Prieska, Northern Cape, before moving to East London in 2007 to focus exclusively on conveyancing. He will officially join the Port Elizabeth office from November 2025, continuing his commitment to delivering efficient, personalised legal service across the Eastern Cape.
Burger has in-depth experience attending to the Qonce (King William’s Town) Deeds Office, and is known for his practical knowledge of the full conveyancing process—from instruction and compliance to final registration. He is especially skilled in explaining complex legal steps in a clear and accessible manner, ensuring clients feel supported throughout their property journey.
He holds an LLB degree from the University of North West (2003), an LLM in Commercial Law from UNISA (2014), and recently completed a Commercial Forensic Investigations course through North-West University, further enhancing his analytical and legal skillset.
