Peter Bowes

Peter Bowes is a seasoned legal practitioner with over 35 years of experience in the profession. Having joined BLC Attorneys in 2001, he served for many years as a Director and formerly headed the firm’s Conveyancing and Marketing Departments. He now continues to serve the firm and its clients in a consulting capacity.

Peter began his legal career in Queenstown, where he practised as a general attorney before focusing his expertise on conveyancing and estate matters. He is a qualified Conveyancer and Notary Public, and his areas of specialisation include Property Developments, Commercial Conveyancing, Wills, and the Administration of Deceased Estates.

He is also an admitted solicitor of the High Court of England and Wales, bringing valuable international insight to his work.

Known for his pragmatic approach and deep understanding of client needs, Peter is highly regarded for delivering practical, cost-effective legal solutions. His decades of experience make him a trusted advisor and mentor within the firm.
